Our culinary team worked closely with artisan coffee roaster and Burque neighbor Paul Gallegos of Cutbow Coffee to create the perfect blend to sip over brunch at Campo or enjoy with a morning pastry. This medium roast combines Latin American and Indonesian beans to create a balanced cup with sweet, earthy depth, hints of nutty chocolate and notes of marzipan and molasses.
